2. What we collect, why, and for how long

Waiting-list email

When you submit the form, we collect the email address you enter so we can notify you about Qompas availability. The legal basis is your consent. We retain it for [WAITLIST_RETENTION_PERIOD], or until you withdraw consent, whichever occurs first.

Messages you send

If you contact info@qompas.ai, we receive your email address and anything you include in the message so we can respond. Depending on the request, the basis is taking steps at your request or our legitimate interest in answering it.

Analytics and site-use data

Only after analytics consent, Google Analytics and the amoCRM site-visit pixel may process online identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device and browser information, pages viewed, referral information and interaction events. Consent preference

We store accepted or rejected in your browser localStorage under qompas.analytics-consent.v1 so the site can remember your choice. This is necessary to apply the preference you requested.

3. How the waiting-list form works

The form sends a JSON request containing your email to /api/lead on this site. The API validates and trims the address, then forwards the email-only lead to the configured Qompas lead service at graph.qompas.tech. That service may deliver the lead to amoCRM so the team can manage the waiting list.

If you accepted analytics and amoCRM has supplied a visitor identifier, the request may also contain that identifier so the signup can be associated with the same consented visit. If you rejected analytics, the waitlist still works and no analytics visitor identifier is requested.

4. Cookies, analytics and your choice

Before you make a choice, the site does not load Google Analytics or the amoCRM site-visit pixel. “Accept analytics” loads both; “Reject” keeps both disabled. The site uses locally hosted fonts and does not contact Google Fonts.

When accepted, Google Analytics can set or read cookies whose names begin with _ga. amoCRM may set or read its own visitor identifier. These technologies measure visits and connect site interactions; they are not required for the waiting-list form.

You can change your choice with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Moving from accepted to rejected removes accessible _ga cookies and reloads the page without optional trackers. Withdrawal does not undo processing that took place before it, and provider-controlled data or cookies may need to be handled through the provider or your browser settings.

5. Who processes the data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We use it with the following recipients only as needed for the purposes above:

• Our hosting and infrastructure providers, which serve the site and may process security and request logs.
• The configured Qompas lead service at graph.qompas.tech and amoCRM, which process waiting-list leads on our behalf.
• Google Analytics and amoCRM site-visit services, but only after analytics consent.
• Our email provider when you contact info@qompas.ai.
• Authorities or professional advisers when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA or UK. Where transfer rules apply, we use an available lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses, and any required supplementary measures.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal limits, you may have the right to:

• access and receive a copy of your personal data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion or restriction;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing;
